The staff was accommodating. Rooms were neat and extremely pleasant. The hotel was close enough to many restaurants, shops, and great restaurants and bars in the Milwaukee area.

The room was tidy and cozy. Its spot was just spot on, super close to loads of tasty eats and a bunch of restaurants 🍔. Plus, it was right here in the Milwaukee area.

The rooms at Embassy Motel - Franklin are great! They have everything you need, like free WiFi, microwave, fridge, and a flat screen TV with cable and HBO. I loved that each room is air-conditioned, perfect for staying cool during summer. Plus, the private bathroom with a bath or shower is a nice touch.

I wish the rooms had more variety in terms of TV channels. That's just my personal opinion, though, others might still enjoy it.

Really enjoyed our 2 nights here. the room was really reasonably large, nice beds. Bedroom was large and staff were amicable. the location was comfy and perfect, close to Miller Park. Plus, it was adjacent to many restaurants and shops in Racine and Milwaukee.

Enjoyed the free coffee, BBQ area, and socializing with guests. Loved the peaceful stay and free WiFi. Cons: The nearest airport was conveniently close, but I guess the property forgot to update its name, twice. Must be their way of keeping mystery alive.

The location was mind-blowing, just a short distance from the Greendale community theatre for an amazing Mamma Mia performance. It was super convenient to great restaurants and bars, and only a short 10-mile stroll to downtown Milwaukee for some riverwalk fun. The room was jaw-droppingly clean and comfortable, with the A/C working perfectly during the hot and humid weather. The nice-sized room fridge and microwave were a bonus. All the staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, making us feel right at home. Despite the busy nearby road, the room was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep. Plus, the location felt very safe, offering a fantastic value for the great amenities like free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour security.

Close to great restaurants/bars. Only 10 miles to downtown Milwaukee for riverwalk and other events. Clean and comfortable room. Properly functioning A/C during heat and high humidity. Friendly and hospitable staff. Quiet room with no issues sleeping. Nice size room refrigerator.

The staff here are so friendly and the room was super clean and cozy. Great spot too, it's near Miller Park 🏟️. Also, it's conveniently close to Racine, Milwaukee, the riverwalk, and plenty of restaurants.

The motel is conveniently located near the highway, making it easy to access. The older limestone building adds character to the establishment, and the well-built structure ensures a quiet stay. The rooms are spacious, equipped with a nice size refrigerator, and well insulated from neighboring noise. The presence of well water, which is a rare find, adds an extra level of satisfaction to the stay.

The hot water in the shower is overly-softened, leaving a greasy feeling on the skin.

The room was really cozy and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool even on hot days. The flat screen TV and free WiFi were great for entertainment, and having a microwave and refrigerator in the room was so convenient.

I personally didn't use the phone in the room, but others might find it useful.

The motel has well water with no chlorine, which is a rarity and much appreciated. a very satisfying stay and would definitely return!
